Ambience

At Beauty Network we cherish our wholly relaxed and tranquil environment that will allow you to escape the toil of daily life. We therefore ask you to switch your mobile phones and electrical devices off or to silent mode and leave the world outside for a few hours.

Treatment Times and Arrival

We don’t want to cut your treatment time short so please let us know if you are running late and we will make every endeavour to fit your full treatment in. Miracle workers that we are, we regrettably can’t stop time so late arrival on some occasions can result in your treatment time being cut short. Treatment times stated are inclusive of client preparation and dressing time.

Treatment Suitability

Some treatments may not be suitable for pregnant clients or clients with certain medical conditions. Your health and overall well-being is our primary consideration. Please therefore advise us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or if you are undergoing medical treatment when making your booking. Although rare, written consent from your GP may be required prior to treatment in some instances.

Reservations/Bookings

We are an extremely busy salon so we highly recommend booking in advance. Don’t be alarmed if we ask for your credit card details when booking any spa treatment or treatment lasting one hour or more, this is just to ensure we have reserved your appointment slot.

Cancellations

We understand unexpected circumstances may sometimes require you to cancel an appointment with us. In order for us to fill your appointment slot please give us 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.

We hate to see appointments go to waste, especially when we are operating cancellation lists, therefore if less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given full payment will be charged. Please ask at the time of booking for more details.

Courses

Treatment courses are offered at preferential rates. We therefore ask that all courses are paid for in advance of treatment (unless otherwise stated) and are non-refundable. Please ask for more details relating to course terms and conditions.

Gift Vouchers

Available for any occasion, a Beauty Network gift voucher can make the perfect gift. All gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date or purchase and must be shown prior to treatment being carried out.

Gift vouchers may be exchanged for alternative Beauty Network treatments or products but are NOT redeemable for cash or treatments carried out by Visiting Consultants.

Visiting Consultants

We have vetted our independent consultants to ensure the most skilled and highly qualified practitioners operate within Beauty Network. However, the contract for treatment involves the Visiting Consultant and Client only.

In the very unlikely event of complications or dissatisfaction relating to treatment carried out by Visiting Consultants, Beauty Network cannot accept any responsibility.
